• Merged the project’s Complementary Feeding Rural Activation Campaign under the Bihar government’s umbrella campaign on Fight against Malnutrition (Bal Kuposhan Mukta Bihar) flagged off by the Chief Minister
• Partnered with CARE, Centre for Knowledge Societies, Project Concern International, Pathfinder International, UNICEF, World Bank and FHI360 (A&T) on various interventions across Bihar
• Got buy-in from National Health Mission of six states (Assam, Odisha, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Chattisgarh and Gujarat) for the ORS and zinc communication campaign supported by UNICEF
• Developed the National Behavior Change Communication strategy to reposition Family Planning and shared with Family Planning Department, MoHFW for national broadcast.
• Transitioned the Waterworks project in Bhopal from pure outreach to a social entrepreneurship model.
• Exceeded NACO Condom Social Marketing Program’s sales target of 2.2 crore condoms through 84,000 outlets across four states in 6 months project period.
• Transitioned Emergency Contraceptives (morning-after-pill) from a new technology to a high awareness product by structuring consumer research - Awareness and ever use of EC recorded 8-fold and 5-fold increase respectively in eight districts of Rajasthan where the launch was piloted.
