• Formed women SHGs & Leveraged more than INR 500Lakh of Bank loan for them
• Mobilised more than INR 500Lakh Fund from government, Industries- CSR and other funding sources
• Promoted and strengthened one ‘PRAGATI Agriculture and NTFP cooperative Ltd,’ Bissamcuttack and one ‘Markama Farmers Producer company’, Rayagada with business development strategies.
• Conducted a one month study for LANDESA on mapping out natural resource bases, farmers’ practices and options in Odisha and suggested measures to Govt. of Odisha
• Conducted value-chain analysis and promoted marketing of vegetables, Jack fruit, pine apple, tamarind, Mohua and Pulp wood
• Initiated, expanded and established 3 new offices
• Successfully implemented and wrapped up SRTT, ICCO,NABARD projects within time, budget & quality parameters as per best industry practices
• Steered one study on Climate change and adaptation practices in Coastal Odisha funded by ‘Winrock International’
• Harnessing solar energy, ensured drinking water in 27 villages, solar grid in 4 villages and promoted different livelihood models with solar irrigation systems
