Myself, Sagar Sinkar, a Livelihood and Development Professional with over 17 years of experience in various facets including Business Scalability, Government Liaison, Strategy, Team Management, and Project Management within the realms of Livelihoods, Micro Entrepreneurship, Rural Development, Education, Skill Development, and CSR.

Over the years, I have spearheaded the end-to-end execution of numerous development programs, impacting the lives of marginalised communities across the country, ranging from 1000 to 12000 beneficiaries.
My knack for building relationships and effective liaison has consistently ensured a steady flow of work for my organisations. Notably, I have been proactive in leveraging the CSR Amendment in the Companies Act since 2014, securing CSR-funded projects by tailoring proposals to fit corporate CSR objectives.
Currently, I serve as the Regional Head - Operations for a prominent NGO focusing on poverty alleviation through sustainable livelihood and education for youth aged between 15 to 40 years. Covering 80% of the organisation's total throughput, my role involves strategic oversight and operational management of diverse initiatives.
Before this tenure, I was leading Livelihood vertical , for a leading Educational Organisation, and built this SBU from scratch to multi-state operations, providing Livelihood Solutions to the poorest of poor, across India. Work strategically with Government of India, State Governments and Corporates to acquire projects , customise as per requirement and execute them within Cost and time lines, impacting around 15,000 youths.
In my previous capacity as a Business Head (New Initiatives), I successfully ventured into various unique products and business lines, from Satellite-based Online Coaching to Vocational Training and Corporate Recruitment, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained growth.
Prior to my involvement in skill development, I honed my business development skills at a leading MNC, catering to esteemed corporate clients such as Tata's, Bajaj, Unilever, Bharati Group, Aditya Birla, and more.
My communication prowess and ability to foster trust have been instrumental in nurturing enduring relationships with stakeholders including Government Officials, Corporate Leaders, Grassroots Volunteers, and relevant target audience.
