Pradeep holds an MPhil degree in Education and a Masters degree in Political Science from the University of Delhi.

He plays a crucial role in expanding the organization's work throughout India, focusing on government and affordable private schools. Tasked with implementing the regional strategy, Pradeep offers technical expertise to all partners based in India.

Pradeep has managed numerous educational, health, protection, livelihood and humanitarian programs in the last two decades with various NGOs. This work has been carried out both in rural and urban environments. Thanks to this extensive background, Pradeep possesses a deep understanding of vulnerable communities, particularly children.

His career began at the grassroots organization SARD working in Mewat, an extremely challenging area. Moving on to NEG-FIRE, he closely worked with Tribal Communities through NGO partnerships across India. During his time at Save the Children India, he led a massive humanitarian response following the devastating Kedarnath floods in Uttarakhand from June 2013 onwards. At Room to Read, Pradeep oversaw the Scaling Up Early Reading Intervention (SERI) program throughout Uttarakhand.

Completed a course on the Board's best practices from IIMB in Novemeber 2023

Attended several national and international conferences as speakers, moderator and participant like ReWired Education in Dubai and Digital Reading Summit in Kenya
