Previously, as a Programme Manager at Azim Premji Philanthropic Initiatives, Rimsha played a key role in grant management, framework evaluation for social enterprises, and strategic program development. Her focus on last-mile delivery of entitlements, empowering women-led collectives, and enhancing NGO capacities showcased her dedication to meaningful change. She oversaw projects related to critical areas such as the Public Distribution System, Pension & Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Development Programme, Forests Rights Act, Access to Justice, Local Democracy, and various public services.
Rimsha led statewide programs in Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan, co-designed a multi-thematic program in Jharkhand, and managed the Bangalore Frontline Response during the COVID crisis.
