An accomplished master of rural development with 13 years of career success across livelihoods, Agribusiness, , Agriculture extension, Community mobilization, Institution building (Cooperative and Producer Co. formation). Most of the work centred on strengthening Producer’s Company/Cooperatives/Farmers collectives.
• Skill development of Farmers, SHG beneficiaries, Management and BoD of Primary Producers Company.
• Attended course on "Livelihood & Market" from COADY International Institute, Antigonish, CANADA
• Currently working with an international organization – TECHNOSERVE as Project Manager and based at MP, Bhopal. Under this I am engaged in strengthening three Producers company formed under MP-DPIP/MPRLP.
• Before Techno serve I worked with ACCESS Development Services and registered more than five Producers Company in MP under SFAC project.

I have done MBA in Rural Development in Year 2005 and through campus placement I joined PMU, Rural Development Department as Project Manager. Apart from MBA i have done PGDBM in Marketing and Graduation in Commerce. I have also completed successfully certificate course(Livelihood ans Market) from Coady international University, Antigonish, CANADA. • Prepared Documentation for IRDA for advocating changes in the policy and enabling FPC (Farmer Producer Company) to become Micro Insurance Agent further linked more than 10 FPCs (Farmer Producer Company) with LICs. We are the first who initiated and raised this for the first time in India with my team. Imparted training to more than 55 FPCs across India.
