I'm a senior consultant medical & Hemato-oncology. I have worked with Indian Army for 22 years and now working and treating cancer patients. However now I'm looking to diversify my work and looking to engage with people who require consultancy and advisory roles which gives me flexibility to travel and save time for my personal goals.
In my last 23 years of working life I have worked as a Physician (Internal Medicine) till 2012 and after that I have been a consultant in Medical & Hemato_oncology at top hospitals of Indian Army. After leaving army (Voluntary retirement) I worked with Batra Hospital New Delhi, American Oncology Institute Gurugram and presently at Lucknow Cancer Institute, Lucknow. I have been very active with my clinical and academic work as a teacher in Medicine and Medical Oncology, however by virtue of being in Army I also learned bit of administrative and managerial skills. It also helped to adopt digitisation. Now after working for these many years I want to dedicate my time partly to cancer care which I love to do but at the same time I want to explore other opportunities related to my expertise which gives me the convenience to travel and connect with more and more people.
I have done my MBBS and MD Medicine from AFMC Pune, and subsequently Medical Oncology training from AIIMS New Delhi. I have done my European certification from ESMO and Professional diploma in clinical research (PDCR). I have been a university teacher for Medicine and NMC/MCI recognised Medical Oncology teacher.
