Since Oct ’16: Assistant Manager – Operations, EFS Facilities (Delhi)
Role:
• Overseeing General administration and ensuring business continuity from an infrastructure and facility perspective. Setting guidelines for the security and fire protection for various clients.
• Preparing the daily review reports, tracking the checklists and other annual reports for work supplies and other requirements.
• Following up with manpower, daily/weekly works, cleaning material purchases & overseeing the installation of new offices.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.

Sept’15 – Oct ‘16: Apple India, Bangalore as Facility Manager
Role:
• Routine checking of office/common area and responding to employees’ email.
• Was responsible for Apple India (Bangalore) office expansions, set-up and project management from 10000Sq.ft to 50000Sq.ft
• Preparing admin reports such as, Vendor list, Bill Payments, Bluedart and admin expense report.
• Was in core team of travels for for very senior level Apple management including Mr. Tim Cook
• Coordination with candidates for interview, Arranging Travel plan of candidate for interview to other location.
• Follow up with vendors for facility related issue, Stationery and HK material order, records, asset stock maintain and distribution.
• Checking inventory of Crockery, Stationery and Tea coffee material and supervising housekeeping, security and office boys.??
Jan’13 – Aug ‘15: Cisco Systems, Gurgaon as Facility Manager
Role:
• Office Management; Overhauled record keeping system from manual to computer-based, creating a user-friendly and systematic information management system and reducing data-retrieval time.
• Overseeing operations entailing vendor management, procurement, IT and Visitor management.
• Administrative and facility assistance to the admin team in supervising housekeeping, pantry, safety & fire procedures, security, stationary, newspapers/magazines services.
• Coordinating with external agencies for negotiating and executing of AMCs for maintenance of office infrastructure.
