Professional Experience: |
I have around 11 years’ full-time working experience in social development sector. A large section of my overall experience has been in skill development program, SHG groups formation, to establish group entrepreneurship, waste water & sanitation, community development, & counselling. At SEED, I am designated as Manager-Operations.
Currently working with ASSOCHAM-INDIA as project coordinator. Handling CSR projects. Dealing with Govt agencies, Corporate clients, political parties, farmers & community for project implementation. Project designing, activity planning & staff recruitment.
In Seed-CSR was handle two project sites namely- ACC CSR initiatives in different states (Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh) & two sites of Somany-Tiles Integrated village development (Bahadurgarh-Haryana & Kadi-Mehsana-Gujrat) one in Uttarakhand Village development program in Dhela Jim Corbett-Indigo Airlines. At present, I am involved in current organization working on Skill development, Sanitation, Farmers club, SHG groups & to establish their own entrepreneurship etc. I have 5 and half year working with AGA KHAN FOUNDATION on Waste-Water & Sanitation program.
My role & responsibilities at present is as follows-
- To manage & supervise project staffs at different sites of states (Project Managers-Coordinators-Mobilizer-Trainers etc)..
- Coordination with Project Client's- Govt.Agencies & NGOs.
- Recruitment of project staffs.
- Manage Farmer's club & facilitation of farmers on related issues.
- Manage SHG groups for project implementation & all.
- Community interaction regarding various programs implementation & awareness campaign.
- Manage Youth groups. etc.....
- Organize workshops on life skills & other training workshops for community, SHG groups & staffs.
- Organize Exposure visits for community, youth & staffs.
- Supervision and Management of all program related activities at project sites.
- Recruitment of project staffs etc.....
- Acquaintance of data of projects.
- Time to time designing of social activities for community out reach.
- To deal with community, group, staffs & other beneficiaries issues.
- Establishment of new centers and execution of projects.
