Professional Experience: |
Leading the execution of the National Vector Borne Disease Control Program in Odisha, with a primary focus on driving malaria elimination and initiatives related to filaria control in a district with a significant tribal population.
Collaborating with the Government of Odisha to ensure the successful execution programs.
Assisted in all technical components of project/programme implementation.
Ensured that project/programme guidelines for planning, training, service provision, monitoring, supervision, and surveillance of VBDs were effectively implemented at all levels.
Supervised MTS at sub-district level and critically analysed & verified monthly reports submitted by them.
Carried out capacity building of MTS, ASHAs, and other healthcare staff during supervisory field visits.
