Responsible for all administrative financial activities and project liquidations of State Office.\r\n Provide periodical financial analysis of project liquidations.\r\n Ensure allowalibility and authenticity of expenses before making payments.\r\n Prepare state financial templates and ensure accuracy & allowability before posting into the accounting package. \r\n Preparation of Annual budgets, monitor actual Vs budgets and study and provide analysis on spending pattern.\r\n Review the Aging Reports, Budget Comparison Reports and provide feedback to management.\r\n Coordinate with programme staff on discrepancies in CPs monthly financial statements.\r\n Compile cash flow requests by departments for rupee and dollar, review the same against the policies and procedures of CRS and prepare the final cash flow request for the month.\r\n Calculation and preparation of Income tax liability from salaries as per Law.\r\n Filing of annual returns in compliance with the rules of the Income Tax authorities.\r\n During audit, provide the auditors sufficient information as required. \r\n Follow and close all audit recommendations.\r\n
