1. Residency Community Medicine (2020- 23)
i) COVID Vaccination
> Operation and supply chain management of COVISHIELD and COVAXIN vaccines.
> Training and managing staffs for vaccination as well as COWIN portal management.
> AEFI management and reporting.
> Outreach COVID vaccination in communities and motivate them.
ii) Managed COVID Control Room of PGIMS Rohtak
> Facilitated proper coordination and smooth functioning between all the departments involved in COVID patient management in PGIMS, with various outside departments like birth and death registration, police, or transport.
> Logistics management.
iii) Analyzed sero-surveillance data for the whole Haryana state to monitor the trend of SARS-CoV.
iv) Anganwadi Supportive Supervision Program: monitored and critically evaluated Anganwadi centers, Anganwadi workers, and supervisors with DPOs for the district of Charkhi Dadri.
v) Managed pulse polio sub-national program twice.
vi) Managed routine immunization at PGIMS Rohtak and outreach sessions in the field collaborating with healthcare workers

2. Emergency Medical Officer (2015- 2020)
My main job responsibilities during the period mentioned above included monitoring and providing care to the patients in Casualty, as well as OPD and IPD.
I satisfactorily provided my service as a part of the disaster response team of Metro Railway, Kolkata.
I also served during the first wave of COVID (April and May 2020) at the casualty department and in the isolation ward.
3. Housejob in Critical Care Unit (2014-15)
4. From 2014 to 2020, I worked with Shramajibi Swasthya Udyog, a prominent NGO in WestBengal, and provided rational health treatment to the underserved and marginalized people in the form of OPD-based treatment as well as health promotion and health education to the communities.
5. I participated in the health-for-all movement during 2015- 16 in West Bengal where I campaigned and created awareness among the masses.
6. I have published numerous health-related articles in post editorials of the largest circulating newspaper in West Bengal in the last 8 years.
7. I bootstrapped a digital marketing agency (Kreative Unlock) which is in its 3rd year now. My role here is strategy-making, branding, client acquisition, and streamlining the business process.
