I have an overall work experience of 15 years. In the last 8 years, I have helped three early stage social enterprises scale up their operations by bringing in organisational efficiency, cost optimisation, and building and sustaining strategic partnerships.I have also led diverse teams of up to 35 members to run profitable businesses, and implement and monitor Education programmes. I have worked with school leaders and teachers across India to help them build and implement sustainable school improvement plans.As a leader, I am highly energised by collaboration, developing others, being flexible and efficient, and taking initiatives.
