Block Co-Ordinator (Tejaswini project - Jharkhand Women Development Society & World Bank) at Indian Grameen Services (Godda, Jharkhand) from October 2019 to present.
? Works for Socio-economic Empowerment of Adolescent Girls & Young Women
? Coordinate, supervise and provide handholding and technical support to team in project execution
? Execute and monitor all the training and capacity building activities
? Responsible for planning, execution & supervision of community mobilization activities and IEC activities
? Ensure implementation of various strategies viz.- communication, training, M&E, social audits, project guidelines
? Responsible for overall reporting & documentation of district level progress of the project
