Education:
I hold an Executive Certificate in Public Policy and Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta, completed in 2024. This program deepened my understanding of governance frameworks, stakeholder dynamics, policy formulation, and evidence-based communication. It equipped me with advanced tools to bridge the gap between policy design and on-ground implementation, particularly through strategic communication and institutional alignment.
Prior to this, I earned an MBA in International Business from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning (SCDL), Pune, graduating with honors. The MBA program enhanced my capabilities in global business strategy, marketing, and leadership—skills I’ve since adapted to large-scale public policy campaigns and donor-driven initiatives across India.
I began my academic journey with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Jamia Hamdard University, New Delhi, graduating with honors. This foundational degree instilled a strong base in management, communication, and organizational behavior—elements that have been central to my growth as a strategic communications professional.
My educational path reflects a continuous commitment to blending management principles with public sector priorities. From shaping national-level media narratives for NEP 2020 and COVID-19 response to amplifying maternal health outcomes in tribal Rajasthan, I have consistently applied academic learning to policy impact.
In line with lifelong learning, I actively engage with interdisciplinary domains including behavioral economics, digital governance, and strategic diplomacy—further supported by international collaborations through the G20 Education Working Group and India’s health diplomacy efforts. My education, therefore, is not limited to formal degrees, but extends into lived experience at the intersection of policy, communication, and systems change.
