• Joined SMC in 1995 and Currently working as City TB Officer (DTO) since 2003 in Surat Municipal Corporation under Govt. of India TB control management Program called now NTEP (National TB Elimination Program), will be retiring from job on 31st August 2022.
• Analysis, Evaluation, Monitoring, Supervision, HRD for successful implementation of NTEP and TB-HIV Program in District SMC.
• Trained all cadre of staff including Medical Officers, PMLWs, Lab Technicians, STS, STLS, TBHVs, Lab Technicians, HIV Counsellors and all staff of ART centre, RBSK MOs, ASHA Workers, ICDS workers and Private Practitioners
• Coordination, Monitoring, Evaluation and supervision for Successful implementation of Projects in NTEP like JEET, CGC, Mental Health, Digital technologies, Long Term Assessment, CBNAAT in Pediatric by stakeholders like The Union, Alert India, CHAI, WHP.
Private Sector Engagement
• Involvement of more than 1200+ private practitioners in way of referral services, TB notification, treatment of services, utilization of NAAT services, Counselling of patients etc.
• More than 105 CME's Conducted for involvement for revised updates and programmatic guidelines and for sustained involvement
• Worked as President of Family Physicians’ Association Surat in 2017-18
• Executive committee member of Indian medical association Surat since many years
Operational Research
• Made Operational Research "Reasons of Lost to Follow up in TB Treatment in Surat City area under NTEP 2012"
• Co-investigator in "Effects of Covid in TB Diagnosis and Treatment Services in Surat City - 2020"

Done MBBS from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University Surat Gujarat in 1985.
• Executive course by CETI (Collaboration to Eliminate Tuberculosis among Indians) / USAID in Quality improvement (6 months)
• National level training in Programmatic Management of Drug Resistant TB
• National level training in Program Management of TB Preventive Therapy
• Various NTEP update trainings at State level
• State level Training in Revised National TB Control Program.
• Attended many National, state conferences, also talked in some of the conferences

• National award by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare by Union Minister in 2021 for "Highest Nikshay Poshan Yojana" payment to TB patients
• Govt of Gujarat awarded "Best DTO performance Award" four times in 2007, 2008, 2009 & 2010 and as a District also other categories awards have been received
• The Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SGCCI) awarded for "Best Service to TB Patients" during COVID-19 Pandemic in 2021
