-Proactively coordinating with legal counsel team for finalizing the rent agreement and vendor agreement, involving in
commercials & agreement negotiation with property owners.
-Collecting, examining, and organizing evidence and other legal documents for completing the rent agreements.
-Tracking till rent agreement closure, following up & ensuring each agreement gets registered within timeline with the help
of regional team.
-Managing, organizing, and maintaining documents in paper or electronic filing systems, vendor billing by auditing,
verification, and reconciliation the bills, as well as resolving billing issues in cooperation with the billing attorney.
-Collecting data from region team and coordinating with internal & external stake holders.
-Managing and reconciling the accounts payables (Monthly rent payment etc.)
