Professional Experience:

I am currently essaying the role of an Associate Vice President, Global Communications. In this capacity, I head the function across 5 geographies, ensuring its well positioned, to perform as a business enabling partner.

As an accomplished and trusted communications professional I have helped shape impactful marketing communications strategies for Fortune 500, large and mid-tier organizations, in order to aid in strengthening market presence, enhance reputation and good will, needed to support business growth.

My career path is a diverse mix of expertise and experience across Journalism, Public Relations, Media Relations, Internal Communications, Employer Branding, Social Media, Talent Marketing, Digital Recruitment Marketing, change and crisis management, Events and Branding. This allows me to take a 360-degree integrated view of strategies designed to support the larger goals of the organization.

I have experience in setting up a complete function, teams, processes, and strong governance along with developing and maintaining brand guidelines required to be a successful brand custodian of an organization.

I enjoy working in multi-cultural environment - there is a lot to learn through cross border / cross cultural engagements. I believe in living by the values outlined by my organization, regulating every key decision one needs to take in the best interest of its shareholders / stakeholders.
