Professional Experience: |
I was working in Nav Bharat Jagriti Kendra, Ranchi. As a Program Manager-Fund Raising & Donor Relations, I was in-charge of fund raising for the organization and looking after donor relations. Additionally, I was looking for project formulation and planning, monitoring and evaluation, and networking for the wellbeing and sustainability of an orphanage run by NBJK.
Prior to NBJK, I have worked in Koshi Anchal Samgra Vikas Evam Kalyan Parishad, Bihar, as a Program Manager. Before KASVEKP, I worked in Child In Need Institute (CINI), Kolkata. As a Unit In-Charge of CINI North Bengal, I was leading the functioning of entire unit. I started my career as a Young Professional in CAPART. I learnt the nitty-gritty of grass root level organization as well as Government institutions in the two years of CAPART.
Apart from PGD in Rural Management, I have done Post Graduate Diploma in Child Rights Law (PGDCRL) from National Law School of India University, Bangalore. The course has enhanced my knowledge in the field of policy and performance of respective bodies corresponding to children and their rights.
During my past experiences I was assigned various roles and responsibilities. And performing with those roles I became equipped with most of the essential skills required to work in social development sector. In course of time I inculcated the development skills including program management, strategic leadership, management of field offices, human resource management, fund raising, monitoring & evaluation, capacity building, standard quality of process documentation, communication skills with excellent IT, interpersonal, written & verbal skill. I am also up to date with child and women’s development issues. The area of integrated development of the community interests me passionately.

Education: |
Post Graduate Diploma In Rural Management with specialization in Rural Development from Institute of Rural Management, Jaipur. This course created a base for my career in social development sector. It provided me with both of the class-room theory as well as practical field knowledge.
During my work in CINI, Kolkata, I had come in direct contact with the Children In Need of Care & Protection. While working with them on various education and protection projects I realized that I need to have specialized knowledge in the area of Child Rights and Protection. Therefore, I joined in another Post Graduate Diploma course in Child Rights Law from National Law School University, Bangalore. This course was of one year distance course which enriched my knowledge in the policy and performances of various stakeholders engaged in Child Rights.
Apart from the above professional courses I have done two years Diploma in Computer Science from NIIT, Ranchi. I am professionally sound with the MS Office, web surfing, preparing presentations, submission of online Grant Applications etc.
