Total experiences of 5.9 years in development sector across various states such as Andhra pradesh, Orissa, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar & Punjab. Currently I am working in I-PAC, a political consultancy organization from April-2016 to present. Its an organization works in Socio-Political domain handling Field Operations,Grassroots awareness & mass mobilizations, on ground intelligence and response, Research, Data & Analytics, Digital & Social Media.
May-2015 to march-2016, worked in Citizens Alliance Pvt Ltd which is a consulting organization of NSDC as a Zonal Head handled planning, operations and project finance.
Aug-10 to June-13, Worked in National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM), Bihar, A programme of Government of India assisted by the World Bank at a position of Manager-Skill Development & Placement, bearing a responsibility to develop skills of rural Poor youth by providing employable training and placing them in organized sector so that they can earn respectable livelihood.
Sept-09 to Aug-10 :Worked in Jagruti Foundation for Rural Development (JFRD) at the position of “Programme Executive” under the National Skill Development Programme (NSDP), Supported by Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD).

I am a science graduate from Delhi University in 2007. I also completed Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development Management from NIRD, Hyderabad in 2009. Here I learnt the management skills in rural development domain. later on in 2015, I did masters in Development studies from Tata Institute of social sciences, Mumbai. Here i got an opportunity to learn to critically examine diverse contexts of development and its implications especially for excluded and marginalized communities.
