Professional Experience: |
Have designed and developed 3 major initiatives in progress - (1) A
BYJU’S Fellows Program where 70+ young development professionals
will be working in Aspirational Districts across the country in
collaboration with NITI Aayog to provide underserved students
world-class NEET/JEE Coaching and access to free education. (2) An
organization-wide Employee Volunteering program that mobilized over
1800+ employees country-wide to support BYJU’S NGO partners like
Right To Live, Akshaya Patra, Nirnayam to name a few. (3) A beneficiary
nomination program that empowered BYJU’S sales team members to
provide underserved or financially challenged candidates with free
learning licenses to the BYJU’S app.
In addition, I have also helped design several other programs that are in
the approvals stage.

I have a Master's Degree in Communication from Manipal Institute of Communication with a focus on corporate communication. In addition, I also have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a focus on Marketing.
My education experiences have provided me incredible networks and opportunities and I fully believe we need to empower everyone with access to quality learning and development.
