Served as Zonal Project Manager for ASSET & W in JTDS/JTELP project from April 2019 to the copletion of project i.e.till 31/12/2021.My specific job duties were:
1. Trained field cadres in livestock & poultry management and first aid , provided technical handhold support also to them as per need.
2. Shared Heifer’s model & 12 cornerstones with other stakeholders & built a fruitful relationship with them.3.Reduced mortality of animals & increased production.
4.Achieved targets of project within timline.
5.Low cost feed preparation & fodder promotion at village level.
6. Adoptation of best practices of IAM in field.
7.Assisted the State Project Manager in facilitating the implementation of the program with supervision of Program officers.
8.Assisted JTELP/JTDS project teams with social mobilization in communities.
9.Assisted project teams and FNGOs in various trainings,exposures,case studies.
10.Established backward & forward linkage to beneficiaries & improved their socio-economic status as well.
