Professional Experience: |
1.Started reaching out to Slum dwellers as a Medical student, for their health needs. Used to collect medicinesamples and run a small health clinic in the slum.
2.After graduating, went to work in the Himalayas in a Hospital which was 7000 feet above sea level. Great time of learning and reaching out for 2 years.
3.As soon as I trained as a General Surgeon I joined and worked in another Medical mission hospital for One year. This was in a poverty stricken zone of what is now Uttrakhand.
4.Through my career I have worked in Peripheral rural hospital for short periods.
5.As a Medical Administrator, being sensitive to Patients who come from low socio economic strata has been my priority. Have assessed their need and then organized funds for them.
