Presently I am working as General Manager Enterprises in Hand in Hand India, This is my 15th year in this organisation, I joined as a Project Manager-training then I have been promoted as Chief Manager and then Assistant Project Director -Training and Then Assistant Project Director - Special Projects and then Deputy General Manager- Project Operations and now General Manager Enterprises. In these years I gained knowledge in the field of Self Help Group- SHG, Micro finance, SHG training, Staff training, Water & Sanitation, Women literacy, skill development, Livelihood, Women rights. I worked on projects in the states of Tamilnadu, Karnataka, MadhyaPradesh, Rajasthan, Pondicherry and Odisha. I handled the team with 124 staff as maximum in Hand in Hand India. Earlier I worked for Population service international- PSI in Tuticorin and Chennai and I got two promotions in my 5 years.
