PROFFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
I. Currently working as Medico Legal Research Consultant at Centre for Child Protection, SPUP -Rajasthan Police Academy, Jaipur.Key Responsibilities:

? Managing and strengthening of Prosecution/Legal measures,
? Rehabilitative Strategies,
? Research and academic writing.
The main achievements :
Successful implementation of the designed mechanism of complete medical assessment of children rescued from child labour, involving the existing Govt. Medical machinery with official orders by CMHOs of Jaipur Dist.
Based on this, an SOP was drafted and submitted to Rajasthan State Commission of Protection of Child Rights (RSCPCR) which later issued a State wide Advisory regarding medical assessment of Children in need of Care and Protection.
II. Recently was posted as Urban Planning Manager at National Urban Health Mission (NUHM), at Chief Medical Health Office, Jodhpur under National Health Mission-previously posted in same capacity at multiple locations.
(since March 2015- November 2020 ).
The TOR (Terms of Reference) of the job includes :
Field Monitoring and Evaluation and Implementation of various National and State health Programmes like Pulse polio, Immunisation, Kayakalap, Quality Assurance programme, cold chain maintenance. Also ensuring adherence with the various programs like De-wormification drive, Intensified Diarrhoea Control Fortnight, Malnutrition Program etc being implemented in targeted urban slum population.
Strengthening of Health System- which includes working and improvement of the existing health structure from Anganwadis, Sub centres, Primary Health Centres,Community Health Centres and District Hospitals, Health wellness centres. The work also entails directing the field level workers like ANM, ASHA etc to achieve the prescribed targets and goals.
Capacity building of workers involved at various levels in hierarchy who play critical role to achieve the set Health targets and health sensitisation amongst the Community.
Outreach Activities- organizing outreach camps in urban so as to take health services to the door steps of the beneficiary residing in urban slums, under the umbrella of PHC and also by engaging special Medical mobile units catering the far flung areas with negligible health service in neighborhood.
III. As a UNICEF sponsored Divisional Consultant, KOTA at Directorate of Child Rights, Govt of India. (Feb 2015- March 2015).
IV. As a Freelancer and Social worker at the Resource Institute of Human Rights (July 2014- Dec 2014). The work entailed counselling children in need of care and protection and also orienting them regarding their legal rights.
V. As a STATE TRAINING OFFICER, LINK WORKERS PROJECT. (Jan 2014-June 2014) with NGO- Aide et Action International, Jaipur. The key working areas included capacity building and formulating a health module for the candidates who were seeking training and set of vocational skills through the NGO.
VI. As a FREELANCER (2012-2013) Associated with the pilot project of Silicosis- “KHULI SAANS” (Which is now being taken up by office of CHIEF SECRETARY, RAJASTHAN and DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION, KARAULI for silicosis prevention in mining areas of Rajasthan.)
VII. As a EDUCATIONIST with Veena Memorial Senior Secondary School, Karauli (2012- 2013)The main focus area was teaching the concept of health sciences, environmental sciences and human biology to young minds of classes VI,VII,VIII,IX,XI.
VIII. As a FREELANCER (2011-2012) Associated with a Nursing college as a guide to Auxiliary Nursing Midwife (ANM) and General Nursing Midwife (GNM).Also taught COMMUNITY NURSING AND PRIMARY HEALTH CARE to undergraduate students.

I. Post Graduate Diploma Certificate in Child Rights Law from National Law School India University ,Bangalore , India (Year 2013). A Niche Professional course in child rights laws from NATIONAL LAW SCHOOL OF INDIA UNIVERISTY , BANGALORE , the first law school in India and NLSIU was ranked first on both the Outlook India Top 10 Law Colleges of 2011 and first on the India Today India's Best law Colleges 2012.

• Felicitated by District administration Jaipur for remarkable contribution during the Campaign of International Child Labour Free week 21st June 2022 to 20th June 2022.
• Felicitated at District level function during the INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATIONS on 15th August 2018 for work done in Initiating Medical mobile unit in Areas of Pakistani immigrants in Jodhpur.
D) SOCIAL INVOLVEMENTS
• Participant in Consultative meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Health as a block level monitor during the visit of the Parliamentary Committee on Health held in AIIMS, Jodhpur in 2018-2019.
• Participated as a speaker in a mega event DAUGHTERS ARE PRECIOUS that created a Limca record ,where in sensitisation on vital issues like Foeticide and illegal Sonography was discussed amongst thousands of youth in 3 prestigious institutes – Jodhpur Institute of Engineering and Technology ; Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls School Jodhpur ; Mahaveer Public School, Jodhpur .
