Gained experience in handling critical implementation challenges, team management, team capacity Building, programme development, proposal development, Support in Project implementation and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
Worked and contributed on wide variety of themes - Education, skilling of youth, child protection, water and sanitation, climate change, Disaster risk reduction, HIV/AIDS - prevention and Care & Support. Focusing on girls rights.
Also, part of the responsibilities was to engage with the government at local, mandal/block, district and State level with departments like Education, Women & Child welfare, Disability Welfare, Police Department and other departments and offices, as required for the project at hand.
