Working as Program Manager for state government programme UMEED which works for the upliftment and empowerment of women through formation of self help groups and providing financial support to these self help groups.My main responsibility includes formation of these self help groups,provinding them training and support,maintaining proper record of funds received from state and central government and also facilitating them to start there own livelihood.These livelihood units make them self sufficient and self reliant.They support there families and above all they feel confident and empowered.Also my responsibilities include providing them training and capacity building so that they will compete with current market demands and gain more income out of ther livelihood units.
Program focal person,Economi security with ICRC,the main responsibilities include providing micro-economic initiative support to ex detainees of Jammu and Kashmir.
Project officer, Action aid India,main responsibilities were to provide livelihood and psychosocial support to people affected by prevailing situation in Jammu and Kashmir.
Program officer,Aga Khan Foundation,the main responsibilities were to provide economic and social support to people affected by earthquake of 2005.We were also responsible for providing psychosocial support to people who were traumatized by the earthquake as there houses,there livelihood was damaged.
District officer,EPOS Health india,worked as a surveyor for epos health to check facilities available at different district hospitals.
