Governance Reforms & Monitoring Cell in office of Chief Minister Punjab with following functions.
I. Undertake Transformational Initiatives in coordination with the Departments, focusing on improvement of Government efficiency and better services to citizens. Initiatives focusing on Public service delivery, Health, Rural Development, Education Pensions (Social Security), Social sectors etc.
II. Development & Management of CM Dashboard. Currently 230+ Key Performance Indicators of 38 Departments are being monitored on real time basis.
III. To monitor citizen service pendency of all the services of all the Departments notified under Punjab Transparency & Accountability Act. The citizen services pendency has been less than 1% in citizen services across the State.
2. Senior Consultant – Programme Management for implementation of Large Scale National/State level e-Governance/ IT Projects
3. Programme Management for Implementation of Core Infrastructure Projects like State Data Center, Punjab Wide Area Network, Sewa Kendras & Common Service Centers (Front end Delivery channels) and State Service Delivery Gateway (SSDG).
7. Punjab Grievances Redressal Policy & System:- Formulation and notification of Punjab Grievances Redressal policy. Development of the Punjab Grievances Redressal System and implementation in 100+ agencies of the State and all the Districts.
? Evaluation of State of Punjab on SDG Index, GGI Index, District Governance Index, CM Dashboard, India Innovation Index, Education Index, Health Indices, Gender Equality Indices and District level rankings of all schemes of India/State.
a.Conceptualization and Implementation of Government schemes at Headquarter/Districts/Block level, Monitoring of schemes related to Social Sector, Skill Development, Capacity Building, IT/e-Governance, Social /welfare sector schemes and Infrastructure schemes.
