Lead - Operations & Admin Delhi Cantt (2019 - 2021)
• Heading operations, admin, facilities management, supply chain & budgeting of Delhi Cantonment with over 25000 houses, hundreds of establishments & over a Lakh residents.
• Vital cog in operational & supply chain apparatus of Republic Day & Independence Day involving multiagency, multi-force co-ordination & intra governmental liaison.
• Responsible for administering provisions, ration & clothing supplies, maintaining water, electricity, road, sewage in Delhi Cantonment. Overseeing construction & repairs at dozens of large facilities, 98 residential colonies, six shopping complexes, Army Golf Course, sports stadium, two large hospitals, six schools & Army Medical College.
Lead – Operations & Logistics Indian Army (2017-2019)
• Headed operations, admin, facilities, security, logistics & HR of cantonment with over 3000 troops in high altitude.
• Ensured improvement of habitat & infrastructure. Played pivotal role in installation of telecom & electrical infrastructure
Head- Operations & Admin Indian Army (2013 –2017)
• Responsible for operations, admin & logistics of state-of-the-art unit. Devised operational protocols for 600 troops to transform a fledgling unit into a combat ready battle outfit.
• Ensured uninterrupted supply chains for provision of rations, clothing, ammunition & fuel for 600 troops &100 vehicles.

• Aided establishment of country’s first COVID facility (Manesar) & subsequent facilities in Delhi Cantonment.
• Overseeing ambitious projects for creating an upscale shopping centre for 4.35 Cr and transformation of horticultural landscape of Delhi Cantonment for 7.65 Cr.
