I am well versed in project implementation, handling of web based Anemia, Undernutrition, Hypothyroidism and RTI portals, designing of site or field implementation plans, project monitoring pertaining to above mentioned domains, end to end monitoring of Anemia domain among women of preconception phase (including non-responsive cases to IFA supplementation), supervision and monitoring of personnel, periodic assessment of compliance to interventions, problem identification and resolution, application of effective behavior change interventions, staff training, market research, generating study tools (e.g., forms, flyers, pamphlets, manuals, knowledge materials etc.), manuscript writing and data analysis etc. In addition to the above multiple research papers on nutrition have been published in national and international journals. My main area of interest is maternal and child health and national health programmes.

I did Ph.d. in Nutritional sciences in the year of 2015 from University of Allahabad. I had completed my Masters of Science in Nutritional sciences in the year of 2008 from the same university. Additionally, I also have certification in planning for monitoring and evaluation from Berkeley University, California and in Maternal Micronutrient Supplementation from Nutritional International.
