Professional Experience: |
As a student of management studies with a specialization in finance, primary and secondary research were my interest areas. I began my career with capital markets and further moved on to explore the business research and advisory opportunities. With career advancements, pre sales, sales enablement, business strategy and consulting were my areas of function. A team player by nature, I was able to work with several leaders/stakeholders of various nationalities; this enabling me to navigate through varied roles.
In 2017, my curiosity led me to peek into the concept of ‘sustainability’ and my sensitivity towards quality of life and environment intensified. As a result of a social tourism trip and its profound impact on me, I felt the urge to take the plunge into sustainability and social development space. In 2018, I shifted to Chandrapur district of Maharashtra (India), to join a 70-year-old not for profit, non-governmental organization founded by a noted humanitarian. This job engagement enriched me in every possible dimension, right from –
• shaping my perspective towards rural landscape
• understanding the social development space by working at the grassroot
• dwelling upon environmental sustainability measures for a green tomorrow
• learning the concept of inclusivity by functioning with diverse communities
• budding and mentoring young leaders who are the change agents and social entrepreneurs
• liaising between my organization and the corporates, policy makers, foundations for collaboration

I am a management student with specialization in Finance both during masters and bachelors degree.
Before management studies, I pursed studies in commerce and further also completed a certification course in capital markets.
