I am a Consultant with over two decades of experience in product management, key account management, and project management, working with clients in the health and digital sectors. My mission is to help them achieve their goals and transform their operations by designing and implementing innovative solutions that deliver value and impact.
Currently, I work with The Union and IITSPL, providing strategic advice and guidance on various technological interventions, policy frameworks, private sector engagement models, and digital payments. I leverage my expertise in health care management, government business development, e-governance, and financial inclusion to support the National TB-team on automation, improvisation, and capacity building. Some of my key achievements include validating beneficiaries' accounts for DBT-payments, enabling DBT payments through digital signatures, and facilitating the strategic placement of innovative interventions nationally. I am passionate about driving growth, fostering innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences in today's digital landscape.
My primary responsibility involves offering strategic support to the State Training and Demonstration Centre (STDC) to enhance their program monitoring capabilities and deliver actionable insights for performance enhancement. In this role, I employ a professional and systematic approach to assist STDCs in achieving their objectives.
This entails developing and implementing robust monitoring frameworks that align with the organization's strategic goals and key performance indicators.
