Around seven years of professional experience in livelihood generation, NRM, FPOs, agri – commodities, supply chain, good agricultural practices, banking & finance and project management.
Academically, I am an Environment Management (major) and Development Management (minor) graduate from Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal with bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Professionally, most of my previous assignments have been associated with various governments and government bodies and almost all of these projects were related to the social causes. My experience includes working with farmers, women communities, MSMEs, startups, venture capitalists/investors, banks and various other stakeholders. I have mostly been planning and strategizing the deliverable KPIs in these roles. I have also acted as a front face for the stakeholders for reports, updates and achievements of the projects. Monitoring and evaluation, designing questionnaire, cross learning, working/assessing primary data, resource planning & managing relationship, woman empowerment, business development, handholding support, community mobilization and finance were some of the essential parts of my roles. Demographically I have worked extensively in MP, Jharkhand, Himanchal Pradesh and Maharashtra.
