Professional Experience: |

I have been leading a diligent and disciplined team for the past decade to successfully organise a series of multi-partner national level policy advocacy discussions and capacity building workshops on DRR & climate resilience in industries under the Chemical & Industrial Disaster Management (CIDM) banner at FICCI. Some of the key partnerships were forged with CDRI, NDMA, NIDM, DPIIT, EAC-PM, ADPC, and many more during the course of execution and documentation of this path breaking PPP project. Currently I along with my team am involved in documenting and negotiating with NDMA, a capacity building initiative as part of promoting disaster resilience in industries across 100 risk prone districts in India where clusters of hazard prone industrial units are located.

Hard core marketer with undergrad studies in Marketing & economics followed by Masters in International Marketing and Risk & Crisis Management from one of the prestigious universities of UK - University of Sheffield. Learnt some critical concepts around Risk Management & Emergency Planning at Sheffield followed by my internship/secondment at West Midlands Ambulance Service, Dudley, UK helped me gain practical on-ground experience on Disaster Management and Business Continuity Planning.
