Professional Experience:
1. Monitoring financial operations of the organization.
2. Supervise of timely apply for the new loans & working capitals renewals of loan agreements with Banks, Financiers esp. NSIC and their legal aspects.
3. Timely renewals, amendments and closeout of the agreements and other financial documentations with the Vendors and Financiers.
4. Disbursement of Funds to the sub contactors, vendors in regular intervals according to their dues & negotiations.
5. Organize making of Bank Guarantees, LC/s and their timely payment closures.
6. Preparing of the new work negotiations with the New work providers.
7. Work closely with the Senior management personnel for Budgeting, Financial work plans, Disbursements & Audits etc.
8. Associate with the senior management personnel for Asset management & working capital management.
9. Presenting monthly and annual financial reports esp. cash in flow and out flow (esp.on site expenditure) of each site to the senior management.
10.Travel to each sites and supervise the site expenses regularly with the site accountant/s.
11. Regular assessment of financial record keeping status with the subordinates. esp. bank reconciliation statements, GST, TDS etc.
12. Regulate monitoring of collection of the dues from the Debtors .
13. Liasioning with the internal and statutory auditor/s in regular intervals.

Education:
1.Post Graduation in Commerce(Full Time).
2.Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Full Time).
3.LL.b
