I have the ability to conceptualize and write proposals, manage people, implement large projects, build capacity of teams and systems to streamline business operations that drive growth, provide monitoring and evaluation support. I have strong experience in Entrepreneurship development and Incubation and mentored several startups and Agri-entrepreneurs to set up and grow their business. I have good understanding of the developments in Agriculture and Social Sector, potential opportunities, policy, regulatory environment and possess good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with all level of staff and the management.
