Professional Experience: |
I have worked mostly for agriculture and rural development projects starting from field enumerator to Project Leader, worked as grass root level staff for implementation of intervention to Proposal writing, planning and design. Specifically worked on Scaling and innovation research of piloted project in previous experience.
Has worked in USAID, World Bank, BMGF funded, GIZ, KFW, CIFF, National and State Government funded project. Has Lead field team upto 25-30 members, group of field coordinators, Deputy Managers, Managers, Senior Consultant.
In present job, along with leading multiple project implementation, also providing inputs on evaluation design, methodology, framework, development of sampling frame, overseeing development of survey tools, overseeing training, periodic monitoring of field progress, data analysis and finalization of report.
Supporting business development team in proposal writing, On-boarding technical/sectoral experts, establishing collaborations, Field team training, field planning and execution, team coordination and management.

Education: |
I did my Bachelors in Agricultural Sciences, and then Master of Science in Agri. Economics from UAS, Dharwad.
Later, with Erasmus Mundus funding completed my International Master of Science in Rural Development (IMRD) programme in Europe with Great Distinction. My IMRD dissertation project entitled “The performance of microcredit organisations: a comparative perspective” submitted to Humboldt university of Berlin fetched me “UMM Award 2009”. Later, did my PhD at the division of Cooperative Sciences from Humboldt University during 2010 to 2014.
