Maneesh has conceived, developed and rolled out many projects working with public and private sector institutions . As a Team Leader / Lead Advisor with Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship and UIDAI he has led multi-disciplinary teams. In his current role, Maneesh leads a $ 675 Mn project at MSDE that aims at bringing about reforms in skill development schemes He has engaged and worked extensively with multilateral international development agencies such as - The World Bank, UNDP, UN Women, UNICEF, UNESCO/UNEVOC, and International Organization for Migration etc. and leading bilateral such as DFID and GiZ. He has worked with National, State / Provincial and Local Governments and many public & private sector organizations such as NTPC, GAIL, IIM Bangalore and IIM Indore, REC, Hero MotoCorp, Adani etc. on a variety of projects. Maneesh, a Ph.D in Strategic Management is an adjunct faculty at IIM Vizag and teaches Public policy and Governance to mid-career civil servants. He is invited speakers on many forums and has written papers and articles for journals, newspapers and magazines.

Masters in Business Management with specialization in marketing from Dr. RML University Faizabad. Have been trained at RoI Institute USA on computing Return on Investment of non capital . expenditure using RoI Methodology. Graduation in humanities from University of Allahabad with Political Science and Philosophy as subjects. Did my +2 with Science and Maths

Designed and rolled out Mahatama Gandhi National Fellowship programs in partnership with IIM Bangalore and 8 other IIMs for all 739 districts.
Led the aspirational districts program of Ministry of skill development and entrepreneurship.
