I have fair experience of working in the various Indian context for the most vulnerable and unreached communities. My experience consists of working in post-disaster responses as an aid worker, a development worker in urban, rural, and tribal projects through Child sponsorship programs, community capacity development initiatives for livelihood development, and leadership development projects. It also consists of exclusive work in conflict-sensitive communities and trained at the international level for conflict-sensitive programming and assessments. I have a flair for maintaining partner relationships which is evident through the successful accomplishment of Corporate Social Responsibilities like the Support My School Campaign. GAIL and BMW are other CSR partners with successful and sustainable interventions.
