Professional Experience: |
1. Leadership and Management: Organised and directed critical operations as a General Officer Commanding and Brigade Commander under challenging conditions ensuring administration, welfare, training, development and performance of 18,000 professionals; managed HR operations, enabled conflict resolution, and directed projects to set up and upgrade infrastructure and Appraisals.
2. Strategic Liaisons: Liaised with diverse stakeholders for management and security of Govt land, managed successful relationships with civil government officials, police personnel, bureaucrats and political entities, handled key negotiations on various matters.
3. Administration and Legal Management: Oversaw administrative activities for the troops of the Indian Army across Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and Himachal Pradesh with a team managing veteran issues, CSR, Welfare Aspects, Budget allocations and resolution of disciplinary / legal matters including civil and criminal cases .
5. Leadership Training: Have been at the forefront of training at least 4000 Indian Army Officers including Officers from Friendly Foreign Countries at various levels as an Instructor at IMA Dehradun, School of Arty Devlali and at Junior Command Wing, Army War College.
