I had the opportunity of working in Govt. of Odisha adopted procurement and Project management in multi-disciplinary activity in infrastructure activity as well as community based developmental assignment. More importantly , participatory mode of Project implementation was pioneered in OLIC , and had opportunity to be associated in formative planning and execution process.
I was among few professional in government setup to have worked in multilateral funding Projects i.e. KFW Germany, ADB and World Bank for a substantial period . My assignment covered both project formulation at initial drawing board stage through implementation, monitoring and closure including both output and outcome performance audit. Was involved not only in procurement function but project monitoring, contract management and all aspects of disclosure and audit. I broadly carried out :
