Professional Experience: |
RTI INTERNATIONAL: Developed a business plan and supported the local MSMEs and Entrepreneurs to boost their business in Odisha. Created economic opportunities for vulnerable and marginalized population groups and simultaneously improved the availability and accessibility of WaSH products and services in urban slums of Bhubaneswar. Supported RTI in establishing partnerships with corporates to raise fund and resources for multiple projects. Facilitated public-private partnerships for improving O&M of public toilets and operation of treatment plants. During the pandemic assisted UNICEF to strengthen COVID initiatives in the States. TATA TRUSTS: Supported the District Administration of Malkangiri in successfully executing SBM plans and drive the district to open-defecation free. Assisted various SHG members and local entrepreneurs to generate revenue from this project. Supported Govt. of Odisha in transforming slums into liveable habitat with all necessary civic infrastructure and services. Helped the slum dwellers have a legal land title in their respective Urban Local Bodies.
