- Expert in working with International Humanitarian Organisation in India improving living conditions of children, women and families fighting to survive extreme poverty in high priority states/High-burdened states of India.

- Led the “Child Health Now – Survive 5” campaign in 116 projects/programme across India and contributed to Global New Born Action adopted by members of WHA and influenced post MDG discussion.
- Engaged theses 122 NGOS/FBOS/Academia to mobilize 5.2 million people in India to voice and influence the Government organisations of state and national level.

As Regional Head-Programme Monitoring Office (04/2004-08/20012)

- Proficiency in Design Monitoring & Evaluation (LEAP/MEAL) - Providing monitoring support to the team implementing 36 large development projects with special focus on Nutrition & Food Security, Livelihood through CSA (Climate Smart Agri.) and SME development.

- Provided leadership to 12-14 large Area Development Projects/Programme each in three regions i.e. PMO- Bhopal covering States MP and Chhattisgarh, PMO –Mumbai covering Maharashtra and Gujarat and PMO-Hyderabad covering Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.

- Managed budget of Rs. 1.5 -2 Crore every year. Each programme covered 40,000 populations with 2000-2500 registered children under Sponsorship Program.


Manager - Monitoring and Evaluation (06/2002-03/2004):
- Pioneered the team responsible for training master trainers for roll out and to establish monitoring and evaluation system in the projects/programmes across India.
- Developed and rolled out Project/ programmes design based M&E System in Gujarat and Maharashtra states of India.
As Operations Manager (05/199-05/2002):

- Provided leadership to the 9 large Development Projects with focus on Livelihood &FS, Health & Education, Leadership and Advocacy, Gender and Development.
- Provided hand-holding support in planning, implementation of the programmes.

- Ensured timely evaluation and audit of the projects and timely submission of the quality reports.
Programme Manager (05/1995-04/1999):

- Pioneered and worked in 3 districts of Madhya Pradesh for 5 years. Familiar with Project Management Cycle of large development projects with special focus on Sustainable Livelihood.
- Empowering Women through promotion of Saving Groups/SHGs, Farmers Interest Groups, Children, Adolescent and Youth Development Producer Groups /federations, Micro-finance and Micro-enterprise development.

- Monitored rural and urban development projects in partnership with churches in MP, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra and Gujarat funded by World Vision India.
