Professional Experience: |
Having been a part of humanitarian interventions in administrative and communication capacities over more than 6 years, I have successfully demonstrated how well-planned strategies when implemented smartly can bring about significant change and serve as best practices for organization
and its partners. Going beyond basics I analyze demographics, and cultures to craft messaging according to needs of the stakeholders. In my professional roles, I laid emphasis on how stakeholders (from economically and educationally deprived backgrounds) watch, and listen to our
messages, as well as kinds of arguments that are more likely to bring about behaviour change.
At my first role in Try to Fight Foundation (TTF) we were working on social and educational upliftment of children from the slums, while following the guidelines by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), Govt of India. I was also mobilizing cross spectrum donor support and catering to IEC related content requirements which eventually helped the stakeholders to realize the importance of education for their children under the Right to Education (RTE) act.
I moved on to SEEDS India, as Manager Communications in May 2019 and was working on a
disaster risk reduction program in 100 govt schools closely aligned with the National School Safety Policy (NSSP).We were able to organize, 2 big events which included the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand where I was also involved in coordination / leadership, and community relationship building to accelerate communications efforts and media engagements.
In my last role at the All-India Institute of Ayurveda, the nodal reporting agency is the Ministry of Ayush GOI. My role involves apart from creation of communication strategies, the empowerment of communities under the humanitarian umbrella of Ayurveda fostered by exemplary medical facilities.
As an accomplished communications professional with experience of managing, social welfare and PR services I am confident many opportunities will provide me ample scope for developing new alliances while managing and nurturing existing partnerships.

I have done my Masters in Mass Communication from BHU - Banaras Hindu University (a national institute of eminence in India and abroad) with a specialization in Public Relations. During the course my major subjects included - Research in PR, Communication Technologies, Editing, Development Communication etc. The exposure to the academic framework has helped me a lot in my professional capacities.
