. Support the District Health authorities of Gautam Buddh Nagar in implementation and monitoring of:
a. Nurse Mentor Program
b. LaQshya Program
c. NBSU training and implementation
d. JSY program
2. Evaluation of the Maternal and Child Health indicators from the UPHMIS and HMIS, disseminate the findings to the District Health Authorities like District Magistrate, CMS, CMO, ACMO RCH and in the DHS meetings.
3. Facilitated, implemented, and monitored government trainings of SBA (Skilled Birth Attendant), Daksh, and NBSU.
4. Conduct regular Labour room assessments of the CHC-FRUs in the District, noted and gaps, and ensured that these gaps were solved within the given timeframe.
5. Supported in the activation of delivery points in the district.
6. Monitoring of PMSMA (Pradhan Mantri Surakshit Matriva Abhiyan) days across all the health facilities.
