1. Product Owner- Presently as Group Head, responsible for the structural design of Naval platforms.
2. Corporate Strategy- Served as Advisor to the CEO and Manager Planning Support (Manager of Managers) of biggest Indian Naval Dockyard. As Head of Technical Coordination (Design) reported to Chief Designer for development of New Technologies & Strategies.
3. Operations - As Production Manager, successfully managed Ten work centres with a technical workforce of 600 personnel for Level 3 Maintenance of IN Ships. Initiated, negotiated and executed 30 rate contracts & 20 turnkey projects annually. Managed assets worth Rs 200 Cr.
4. Project Management-PM for Submarine Modernisation Project costing Rs 500 Cr. Conceptualized & Executed the' Three Lines of Advance' concept for refit planning, compressing dock time by 45%.
5. Quality Assurance- Chief Hull Surveyor of Eastern Naval Command. Reported to Chief Staff Officer Technical & was responsible for Clearing Ships for undocking and refit completion.
6. Client Representative- At Zvezdochka Shipyard, in Russia, for USD 100 Million Submarine Modernisation Project.
7. Human Resource- Served as DGM(Administration) & Chief Vigilance Officer of Naval Dockyard for a short duration.
