I also act as a focal point of contact between the company and suppliers. One of my main responsibilities is to conduct market research and identify potential suppliers based on project requirements. I have excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build a good rapport with suppliers while keeping the company's interests safe. My other duties include, preparing plans for the purchase of hospitals, Surgical and Medical equipment, services, and supplies. Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures. Reviewing,comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc. Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts. Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers on the basis of certificates, product quality, pricing etc. Monitoring the supply chain from the date of order to the date of delivery. Preparing budgets, cost analyses,and reports. Monitor and update relevant departments regarding price fluctuations of goods and vendor pricing. Work closely with the legal department to ensure contract terms are mutually agreeable to both the signatories
