Professional Experience: |
I worked as a Gandhi Fellow in Gujarat from 2017-2019. My role was to support the head masters and teachers and capacitating and influencing them towards improving the learning level of children. We collaborated with stakeholders such as SMC, Headmasters and Teachers to implement our ideas.
Post fellowship in June- 2019, I joined a a program leader in piramal foundation for education leadership. I worked as a catalyst in four districts to implement the SATH-E program namely- Rayagada, Kalahandi, Malkangiri, and Kandhamal. SATH-E is an education program formally funded by the state and NITI- Ayog. This program currently operates in 3 states chosen by NITI i.e. M.P, Jharkhand, and Odisha. In Odisha, it works over 30 districts under the guidance of the District collectors, who is the core person looking after the program in each district followed by the District Education Officers, Block Education Officers, and the CRCs.

I graduation from Rayagada Autonomous college with a bachelor of commerce in Accounting honors in the year 2015. Post graduation, I enrolled into Centurion University of Technology and Management and graduated with Masters in development management in 2017. During Masters, I worked on internships, one for Atyati e-wallet. It was a market research carried out by us by surveying retail outlets, hospitals, schools institutions etc. to understand the alternative mode of payments like electronic payment, cash mode and e-wallet. So ATYATI had an E-wallet system that targets these segments of business to promote this method of transaction. The second internship was done for Gramtarang where I had worked for 4 months in a financial inclusion project in rural parts of Odisha. The aim was to provide community service to the business correspondents to economic weaker section people and help them fulfill a monthly target of 2, 00,000 transactions and earn their livelihood. We helped the business correspondent to create a joint loan group account. Each customers under a business correspondent 25,000 INR in their account and if the group members. Under Atal pension Yojana (APY) A Business Correspondent had to open an a/c. Under this account, each BC has to do a minimum transaction of 20 and a maximum of 50 to 100 with a total transaction of Rs 2,000 with a deposit limit of amount 20,000. Basically by doing this, we could ensure the ownership of a business correspondent transfer and create more and more customers to create a platform for the local people to earn livelihood.

I had participated and won a inter university level "Renewable Energy and Environment Quiz Competition-2016 organized by Centurion University Centre for Renewable Energy & Environment and won a cheque of INR 10,000.
