Steering the formation of farmers associations as primary village institutions in cluster villages; evolving & implementing systems for sustaining village level institutions and facilitating the VFAs for developing a plan on Sustainable Development.
Facilitating advocacy through documentation of the cluster in the form of reports, case writing, and impact study broadly on research & advocacy.
Developing & implementing training modules and managing the Women Representatives Forum through Women Thrift cooperatives at village level to enable the habit of savings and credits amongst rural Vulnerable group of women. Worked on the project “Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights, and Full Participation of Person with Disabilities in 12 District of Gujarat”; rehabilitated the person with different capabilities within their community by enhancement of different intervention on skill development/ education upliftment/ and eradication of health-related issue

In the year 2008-09, completed PGD-MN from EDII – Gandhinagar.

•Prepared an Internship Report on “Impact Assessment Study on Cured Mentally ill destitute women”.
