1.I have worked in the Uptron India Ltd, as Senior Engineer (Production) and Deputy Manager from 24 Nov ,1986 to 7th May 2000 ( Approx . 13 years, 6 months ).
2.I have worked in the World Bank assisted ICDS-III Project,Lucknow as Deputy Director (System), from 8th May 2000 to 9th May 2007 ( approx. 7 years ).
3.I have worked in the Bal Vikas Seva Evam Pustahar (ICDS), Government of Uttar Pradesh, as Deputy Director from 8th May 2000 to 31st Dec 2019 (Approx12 years, 7th months ).
Hence total work experience appros 33 years ( 13 years , 6th months in Uptron India Ltd and 19th years, 6th month in ICDS –III / ICDS Govt of UP).

Affiliations and Achievements: |
• I have worked on ensuring supply of Supplementary Nutrition at every anganwadi centre (preparing rootchart for THR distribution-governance reform), Information, Education & Communication (IEC) material for Training and capacity development, Civil work & Computer Works, etc. in the department of ICDS.
• I have made and presented ppts in several state and national level conferences, workshops and symposiums about the ICDS work of ensuring nutrition to all along with governance reforms.
• Setup a feedback mechanism while involving all stakeholders for use of IEC in ICDS programme by local Mahila Mandals, mother’s groups, members of Panchayats and informal leaders in the community which helped in better information dissemination and awareness generation.
• Took initiatives for empowering communities by bringing about attitudinal and behavioural changes through advocacy and social mobilization for the cause of children and women using effective communication channels.
• Took initiatives for generating demand for ICDS and maximizing the reach and utilization of its services.
• Took initiatives for strengthening communication skills of field functionaries and trainers to ensure effective counselling during the home visits by field functionary.
• Promoting the use of Audio-Visual media, Folk media, puppet shows, songs, yatra etc. for awareness generation regarding ICDS services
• Co-ordinating with international and other agencies like the World Bank, UNICEF and CARE and TATA Trusts , Save the children , Piramal Foundation and NITI Ayog etc.
• Organizing, coordinating and directing research and evaluation studies in the field of Malnutrition, Growth Monitoring, IYCF, Breast Feeding, etc.
• Preparation of various Action Plans, Implementation Plans, Budgetary requirements & Justifications for the ICDS Directorate.
• Maintaining close coordination with all other related departments for ensuring smooth execution of ICDS activities.
• Organizing and coordinating the capacity & skill building trainings of ICDS officials & functionaries
• Working on the proposals to ensure correct policy decisions on ensuring the basic infrastructure services at Anganwadi Centers like potable water, toilet and electricity et all.
• Undertaking review session and going on regular monthly field visits to provide the supportive supervision to departmental officials and workers.
• Also, worked on the design of Manthan Parameters of performance improvement in the department as suggested by the team of IIM Lucknow and instructed from the office of chief secretary.
• Also, I have been able to provide the required and assigned work under the various departmental schemes like Poshan Abhiyan, Scheme for Adolscent Girls, Mahila Sasaktikarn Abhiyan et all.
